Zendesk Synapse Overview

The Syncari Synapse for Zendesk provides bidirectional synchronization and fully supports Syncari functions and actions to: 

  • Customer Support objects
  • Customer Engagement objects

How the Zendesk Synapse works

With Zendesk Synapse, you can synchronize data from Zendesk Suite and Zendesk Sunshine into Syncari and other systems. Zendesk support and engagement objects can be mapped to entities in Syncari using the powerful Sync Studio. Changes on the records for these objects are periodically (near real time) synced from Zendesk into Syncari. Syncari provides a flexible conflict resolution strategy in cases where multiple updates are noticed for the same record. The data can be enriched, deduped and cleansed before storing it in Syncari. Data flowing from different systems into Syncari is synced to Zendesk. Any new custom objects created in Zendesk Sunshine are auto detected and the user has the option of auto mapping these objects to Syncari entities.

Out of the box dedupe, merge, sentiment analysis, etc are available in Syncari, which can be used in the sync pipeline for the above objects.
