What is NetSuite?

NetSuite is a common CRM and ERP for many businesses. But data integration is not NetSuite’s strength. While many companies look to standard integration platforms (also known as iPaaS) to pull data from NetSuite and paste it into Salesforce and other systems, there are a lot of problems with this approach. Syncari’s NetSuite connector is uniquely capable of managing, updating and syncing records and fields in NetSuite and multiple other systems continuously. This patented capability is known as stateful sync. To compare Syncari to popular alternatives, take a look at Syncari vs Zapier or Syncari vs Workato.

Common NetSuite Integrations

Because NetSuite operates as a home for customer data, particularly revenue data (such as in ERP use cases), it is a crucial part of your customer data strategy. This means it must sync continuously with CRM, marketing automation, sales automation, customer support/success tools, and even product usage data.

  • HubSpot to NetSuite integration: This is a difficult data sync scenario regardless of whether HubSpot is your CRM (so HubSpot CRM to NetSuite ERP) or NetSuite is your CRM (so HubSpot Marketing Hub to NetSuite CRM). Neither platform is known for the strength of their data integrations capability, so often it’s best to leverage a data automation platform like Syncari.
  • Salesforce to NetSuite: For many organizations, Salesforce is the CRM and NetSuite is the ERP. This means the data sync between the two is mission-critical and complex, as it covers things like quote-to-cash and product SKU schemas. Almost every organization with this setup leverage middleware to manage this integration.
  • MS Dynamics CRM to NetSuite: MS Dynamics is a surprisingly common CRM with little to know native integration capability. Middleware needed? You bet.

The importance of NetSuite also means that CRM data quality becomes a relevant priority in most cases.

How Syncari Syncs NetSuite Data

The Syncari Synapse for NetSuite provides bi-directional synchronization and fully supports Syncari functions and actions to:

  • Standard objects
  • Additional objects related to other NetSuite packages

Records from NetSuite can be mapped to entities in Syncari using the powerful Sync Studio. Changes on the list for these records are periodically (near real time) pulled from NetSuite into Syncari. Syncari provides a flexible conflict resolution strategy in cases where multiple updates are noticed for the same entry. The data can be enriched, deduped and cleansed before storing it in Syncari. Data flowing from different systems into Syncari is synced to NetSuite.
