The Syncari Synapse for HubSpot provides bidirectional synchronization and fully supports Syncari functions and actions to:

  • Marketing Objects
  • Sales Objects
  • Customer Service Objects
  • Custom Objects

How It Works

Objects from HubSpot can be mapped to entities in Syncari using the powerful Sync Studio. Changes on the records for these objects are periodically (near real time) synced from HubSpot into Syncari. Syncari provides a flexible conflict resolution strategy in cases where multiple updates are noticed for the same record. The data can be enriched, deduped and cleansed before storing it in Syncari. Data flowing from different systems into Syncari is synced to HubSpot. Any schema changes like, addition of new field, field rename, etc in HubSpot are auto detected and the user has the option of auto mapping.

The HubSpot Synapse allows synchronization on the below listed objects:

  • Contact
  • Owner
  • Ticket
  • Product

Out of the box Marketing functions like dedupe, merge, automatic Contact segmentation, etc are available in Syncari, which can be used in the sync pipeline for the above objects.

Syncari provides ability to enroll Contacts in HubSpot workflows, if the contact meets the specified criteria during sync pipeline.
