Customer Referral Program -

Thank you for participating in the Syncari Customer Referral Program (“Program”). By referring potential customers to Syncari, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility: The Program is open to all current Syncari customers who are in good standing. Employees and affiliates of Syncari are not eligible to participate. Referral Process: To refer a potential customer, you must provide their contact information through the designated referral form or method provided by Syncari. Referred leads must be new to Syncari and not have been previously engaged as a potential customer. Reward: You will be eligible to receive a monetary incentive for each successfully referred lead that completes and initial call and/or becomes a paying Syncari customer. The incentive amount will be determined and communicated to you at the time of the referral. Incentives are subject to change and may vary based on the nature of the referral or promotion. Reward Distribution: Incentives will be paid out according to the payment terms outlined in the Program details. Payment will be made in a manner agreed upon by both parties, such as bank transfer or other suitable methods. Referral Validity: Referred leads must complete and initial call and/or become paying customers to qualify for a reward. Compliance: Referral partners must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program. Any fraudulent or unethical activity may result in disqualification from the Program and legal action, if necessary. Program Changes and Termination: Syncari reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes or modifications will be communicated to participants in a timely manner. Limitation of Liability: Syncari is not responsible for any actions, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Program. Privacy: Referral partner information and referred lead details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Program. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Syncari’s privacy policy. Agreement: By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
