The Role
Syncari is seeking a highly disciplined, revenue-oriented Marketing Programs Manager to own enterprise marketing programs that drive pipeline, with events as a primary strategic channel. You will manage multiple concurrent enterprise events and the surrounding pre- and post-event programs that turn engagement into measurable pipeline. This includes investment decisions, negotiation, execution, and campaign orchestration, without sacrificing precision, deadlines, or financial discipline. This role is accountable for converting event and program spend into measurable enterprise pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Own enterprise event strategy from evaluation to execution, including prospectus review, ROI modeling, negotiation, and budget control.
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise events with precision across booking, logistics, staffing, and on-site leadership.
- Drive meeting, lead, and pipeline targets in lockstep with Sales.
- Translate PMM positioning into sharp, differentiated, audience-specific messaging for CIO, CDAO, and IT leaders.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on event-level messaging and positioning.
- Represent Syncari confidently in live environments when needed.
- Lead pre- and post-event programs that convert engagement into measurable pipeline.
- Maintain disciplined CRM tracking, attribution accuracy, and ROI reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS event and integrated campaign marketing with direct ownership of pipeline targets.
- Experience marketing to data, IT, or technical enterprise buyers.
- Exceptional project management skills; highly organized, proactive, detail-obsessed.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously without dropping details.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage event budgets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.

Salary Range: The expected target earning for this role is $110,000 – $150,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
