The Role: DemandGen Dynamo
Are you the kind of marketer who lives and breathes demand generation? Do you wake up with fresh ideas on how to drive more leads and seize more opportunities, and go to bed dreaming of the next big campaign? We’re looking for a jack/jane of all trades who’s obsessed with filling the funnel, from top to bottom. You’ll be the mastermind behind our lead-gen engine, constantly innovating, iterating, and optimizing to keep the opportunities flowing.
If you’re the type who can break down sales silos, forge strong partnerships with the sales team, and get everyone rallying behind a shared goal, you’ll fit right in. We need someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who knows how to turn ideas into action—fast.
What You’ll Do:
- DemandGen Mastery: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Lead & Opportunity Ninja: Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead acquisition and conversion. You’re always thinking one step ahead on how to boost numbers.
- Idea Machine: Bring your creativity to the table, constantly brainstorming new ways to get leads now—not later. Your ideas aren’t just good—they’re game-changing.
- Sales Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team, knocking down silos and ensuring seamless collaboration that drives results.
- End-to-End Ownership: From ideation to execution, you’ll own the entire demand generation process, ensuring everything aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable impact.
- Metrics-Driven: You eat, sleep, and breathe data. You’ll track, analyze, and optimize everything to ensure we’re always moving the needle.
- Messaging and Positioning: Develop and maintain compelling messaging and positioning for Syncari.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in a high-octane demand generation role within the B2B SaaS space.
- Proficiency: Expert in using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Creativity: Overflowing with innovative ideas to generate leads and close opportunities.
- Sales-Friendly: A natural at building bridges between marketing and sales, ensuring both teams are aligned and working toward the same goals.
- Action-Oriented: You thrive on getting things done and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen—quickly.
- Results-Driven: A proven track record of driving significant pipeline growth and delivering measurable results.

Annual Pay range: $85,000 – $165,000
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
