The Opportunity

We are seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to help us deliver on our promise: to eliminate the chaos of fragmented data and enable confident, real-time decision-making.

The GTM Systems Engineer will own data and systems lifecycle for Syncari’s internal revenue operations—from integration and governance to activation. You’ll build and maintain the technical infrastructure that connects our GTM stack, ensure data quality and consistency, and create the unified data foundation that powers analytics and decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success.

You’ll report to the Chief of Staff & Operations and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own unified data management across our GTM stack—designing data models, enforcing quality rules, and implementing governance frameworks that ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs and webhooks via Syncari to connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Warmly, Zendesk, Jira, and Amplemarket.
  • Design ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations to centralize, enrich, and activate data in real-time.
  • Create automated workflows for lead routing, territory assignment, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that surface critical KPIs for revenue operations, pipeline health, and data quality metrics.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, data integrity, and integration reliability through audits, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure systems support GTM goals.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in business systems, GTM operations, or systems engineering at a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong ETL/ELT skills for CRM and marketing data pipelines; focus on data quality and integrity
  • Solid grasp of data modeling, MDM, and data governance in revenue systems
  • Proficient in APIs, webhooks, REST, OAuth, and middleware tools (e.g., Syncari, Workato, Tray.io, Zapier)
  • Skilled in workflow automation and scalable process design
  • SQL and scripting (Python/JavaScript) for data transformation and integrations
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to support GTM analytics
  • Clear communicator with ability to align technical solutions to business needs

What We Offer

  • Best-in-class health insurance (seriously—we invest heavily here)
  • Flexible PTO and remote-first flexibility (U.S.-based)
  • Competitive compensation + generous equity packages
  • Real ownership: You’ll be part of a passionate, mission-driven team shaping the future of master data

Why Syncari?

  • We’re not just another SaaS platform—we’re redefining how data works for modern enterprises.
  • We work with CIOs, CDAOs, and data-forward leaders at some of the most innovative companies on the planet.
  • Our tech is category-defining: Agentic MDM, patented multi-directional sync, and a unified data plane that activates AI at the source.

If you’re a builder, a problem-solver, or a data geek who thrives on making the complex simple—let’s talk. Join us in creating the future of unified, intelligent data.
