The Role
Syncari is looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Event & Social Media Marketing Manager to own our enterprise event program and oversee our social media presence. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the center of our pipeline generation engine.
Events are our primary lead driver, and this role is responsible for the full motion: strategy, partner coordination, sales air cover, on-site execution, and post-event pipeline follow-through. You will own the pre-, during-, and post-event playbook and run it with precision across multiple concurrent events including partner-led programs.
On the social side, you will own the LinkedIn strategy and roadmap, driving follower growth, engagement, and event amplification, while a dedicated team member handles day-to-day execution. You set the direction, establish the content calendar, and ensure it gets implemented effectively.
You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing, and report directly into the Director of Demand Generation.
What You’ll Do
Event strategy & execution
- Own the end-to-end event program: evaluation, ROI modeling, budget management, negotiation, logistics, staffing, and on-site leadership
- Manage multiple concurrent events simultaneously with precision
- Develop and maintain a repeatable pre-, during-, and post-event playbook that converts engagement into measurable pipeline
- Evaluate new event opportunities against ICP fit, pipeline potential, and strategic alignment
Sales alignment & air cover
- Partner tightly with regional AEs and the VP of Sales to align on meeting targets, attendee outreach, and pipeline goals for every event
- Build pre-event briefing materials: target account lists, attendee intelligence, and prioritized outreach sequences
- Create event-specific sales enablement assets: talk tracks, battle cards, leave-behinds, and objection handling guides
- Lead post-event pipeline reviews with Sales to track follow-through and attribution
Partner marketing & co-execution
- Coordinate closely with the partner marketing team to execute joint events and co-branded programs
- Own logistics, messaging alignment, and asset production for partner-led events
- Develop co-branded collateral and partner enablement materials that reinforce Syncari’s positioning
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner ecosystem contacts
Messaging & positioning
- Translate product positioning into sharp, audience-specific messaging for CIO, CDAO, and MDM leaders
- Ensure event-level messaging is differentiated, consistent, and tightly aligned with Syncari’s Agentic MDM narrative
- Represent Syncari confidently in live event environments when needed
Social media strategy
- Own the social strategy and content roadmap: follower growth, engagement targets, posting cadence, and event amplification
- Ensure the social media strategy is implemented with quality and consistency
- Define content themes, campaign moments, and partner co-promotion opportunities on social
- Review content output; maintain brand voice and ICP alignment across all posts
- Track performance metrics and iterate the strategy based on engagement data
Tools, tracking & attribution
- Own campaign setup, list management, UTM discipline, and event follow-up workflows in HubSpot
- Maintain CRM attribution accuracy and contribute to pipeline reporting and ROI analysis
- Build event assets and sales materials; maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS event marketing, field marketing, or integrated campaign marketing with direct pipeline accountability
- Proven experience marketing to data, IT, or technical enterprise buyers (CIO, CDAO, MDM leaders)
- Deep fluency in the full event lifecycle – from prospectus evaluation through post-event pipeline close
- Experience with partner co-marketing programs and working within partner ecosystems (SIs, ISVs, channel)
- Strong sales alignment instincts – you know how to give AEs what they need to show up and close
- HubSpot proficiency: campaigns, lists, workflows, sequences, attribution reporting, pipeline tracking, and CRM hygiene
- Canva proficiency for event collateral, sales assets, and social content
- LinkedIn strategy experience: content planning, follower growth, engagement optimization
- Exceptional project management skills – organized, proactive, deadline-driven, detail-obsessed
- Proven ability to negotiate event contracts and manage budgets without losing precision
- Comfort operating in a lean, high-ownership environment where you own outcomes, not just tasks
