Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive (Sales) to drive growth in our enterprise segment. This role will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding existing relationships, and building trusted partnerships with our ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with deep enterprise master data management experience, a proven track record of exceeding quota, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. You’ll report to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline Development

  • Identify and engage new enterprise accounts across target industries
  • Drive outbound efforts and leverage marketing/partner leads
  • Build and manage a healthy, qualified sales pipeline

Account Management & Expansion

  • Deepen relationships with existing enterprise customers
  • Drive upsell opportunities across Syncari’s MDM platform
  • Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals

Sales Execution & Leadership

  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Deliver tailored product demos with Solution Engineering support
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data
  • Represent Syncari at industry events and executive briefings

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in enterprise software sales, ideally in MDM or data applications
  • Consistent success exceeding $750K+ annual quotas
  • Proven ability to engage and negotiate with C-level data leaders at $2B+ enterprises
  • Skilled in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Self-driven and adaptable in high-growth, startup environments

Salary Range: The expected base salary for this role is $230,000 – $260,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
