The Opportunity
Syncari is hiring its first Senior Business Development Representative to launch and scale our outbound and inbound pipeline generation efforts. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an experienced BDR who thrives in complex, enterprise environments and wants to build from zero.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine our GTM strategy, target the right buyers, and convert qualified demand into pipeline. You’ll influence messaging, shape cadences, and set the standard for outbound at Syncari — with a clear path to grow as the team scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive pipeline through outbound prospecting and timely inbound lead follow-up
- Engage VP+ decision-makers across IT, Ops, and data teams using tailored, account-based messaging
- Qualify opportunities and hand off meetings that convert to pipeline and revenue
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine ICP, lead flows, and GTM strategy
- Report weekly on performance metrics: meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline contribution
- Help build foundational outreach playbooks, cadences, and best practices
- Influence future team structure and tooling as Syncari grows
Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales development or inside sales
- Experience converting both outbound and inbound leads into qualified pipeline
- Proven success navigating enterprise accounts and engaging senior stakeholders
- Familiar with modern sales tools: SalesLoft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot
- Strong communicator with a builder mindset — thrives in early-stage environments
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and self-motivated
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Salary Range: The expected range for this role is $105,000 – $130,000 OTE annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
