The Opportunity

Syncari is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Implementation Engineer to join our Customer Engineering organization. You will play a crucial role in working closely with our new customers to gather requirements, architect, implement, test, and deploy Syncari MDM use cases for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Run business and technical discovery with customers and translate it into clear solution designs in Syncari.
• Build and deploy solutions end-to-end: configuration, data pipelines, testing, and handoff.
• Act as a trusted advisor on how to use Syncari to meet concrete business outcomes.
• Explain business, technical, and architectural choices to audiences ranging from operators to senior IT.
• Own escalations and blockers; pull in the right teammates to resolve issues quickly.
• Prioritize technical issues and product feedback to improve customer experience.
• Learn the product deeply and develop best practices you can reuse and share.
• Contribute examples and patterns to our community for common data automation problems.
• Lead or join customer calls during US hours.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role delivering MDM, data integration/engineering, or data architecture solutions.
• Solid experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier or similar).
• Strong Python skills (other languages are a plus).
• Proficiency with SQL, databases/warehouses, and data modeling.
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and reporting in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with apps like NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other ERP/CRM platforms.
  Sharp problem-solving skills and a calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting and design.
• Clear communicator who can make complex topics understandable.
• Customer-first mindset and bias for action in a fast-moving startup.
  Comfortable being scrappy when needed without sacrificing quality.

Salary Range: The expected base salary for this role is $120,000 – $150,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
